Order Cancellation Policy

1. General Information

At https://videosecurity.store/, operated by Pawel Piasecki, we understand that plans may change. As part of our customer-first approach and in compliance with European and Spanish consumer protection laws—including Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007—we allow customers to cancel their orders without providing a reason, as long as certain conditions are met.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for further instructions.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To request a cancellation, please send us an email or use the form on our website. Make sure to include the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Email Address used for the purchase
  • Optional: Reason for cancellation (not required but appreciated)

Once your cancellation request is received, we will process it immediately and confirm the cancellation via email. If the product has not yet been shipped, the order will be canceled without any additional charges.

3. Refund Processing

If payment has already been completed, the refund will be issued using the original payment method. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days, although this may vary depending on your financial institution.

Important: If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the item in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy. In such cases, cancellation may be treated as a withdrawal under Article 71 of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, and you may be responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

4. Exceptions

The following types of orders may not be canceled once processed or produced:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Digital goods once downloaded or accessed
  • Perishable items

These exceptions are provided in Article 103 of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
